Our group exercise classes are a great way to get in shape and have fun doing it. Our highly trained and nationally certified instructors are here to give you a safe and effective workout while keeping you motivated. In addition, be sure to read the class descriptions to check the level, duration and activities that will take place in each class. Please feel free to take as many classes as you like. All our group exercise classes are included in your low monthly fee.
