We have childcare all "worked out".  Fitness Forum offers a one of a kind childcare.  Our 3000sq. ft. kidz korner is filled with slides, toys, games, books, and activities such as group games, parachute play, and a monthly calendar filled with arts and crafts.  We even have a "Baby Land" for your little ones to crawl and play safely.

All of our childcare professionals have been fully trained and are CPT/First-Aid Certified.  Monitors are placed throughout the gym so you can watch your kids have fun while you exercise.

Fitness Forum offers Kidz Aerobics on Saturdays and Kids Zumba on Wednesdays.  The pool is open for Family Swim every Sunday from noon-6:00pm.
