Our most common type of personal training is One-On-One Training. You and the trainer you select meet and work together to achieve your health and fitness goal. One-On-One training is available for 60 or 30 minute sessions.
Want to workout with a friend, favorite family member, or co-worker? Then Buddy Training is the type of training for you. Gain all the benefits of personal training and have fun while doing it.
Throughout the year we offer special training programs such as boot camps, hiking and running clubs, and group training. These programs allow you to work with certified trainers as well as meet other gym goers. Who knows maybe your even gain a new workout buddy!
